There is a way to get the mantis in the final fight on mission 15. I only have the clip in my game dvr on my xbox. But this will be helpful for solo legendary runs 
need two ghost and a warthog for leverage

You can get a Gausshog onto the space Elevator.

Actually, i get the same feeling regardless. Its playing it smart and wise… I rather show easy ways like triple warden skip on mission 14. Bring tank to the double warden fight on mission 13. Bring rocket launcher with blue team with first warden fight. Locke first encounter with warden bring extra incen cannon to fight before and skip to fight him a tad early. Locke second warden fight have arbiter in a spot so the warden fully focused on him always.

This trick will definitely impact the speedrunning community. Might be wise to let them know!
Lgnry campaign is easy with or without these tricks.
