got mine game and have install however it keep saying your are too early 
.I have made sure mine xbox on uk time and the game itself came with the halo xbox what was got from game …have made sure time and date right on xbox
any help welcome as i just want to plat

Pretty sure it unlocks at 12:01 GMT as well that’s what it said originally when I bout it I’m sure of it.
It is 00:19 now so they should be at least able to download the update!

I would guess that it probably doesn’t have much to do with what time you set on your Xbox and more or less your IP Provider and the internet time in your area…if that even makes any sense or is a viable reason.

I have the same issue and I bought my digital code from Game as well (I’m living in the UK). It directs me to the Xbox store to see what time the game unlocks but then I just have the option to purchase the game (again).
I’m thinking the batch of digital codes Game have sold are linked to the US launch date.
Anyone having issues who have bought digital codes from other retailers or through the Xbox store?
try siging out and in or something, mine worked fine but I did preorder off xbox

yep i get same really want to play but not paying again for a game i am meant to have
im in the same boat as you Derezzed zero. its annoying!

For whatever reason I was able to play the MCC a few hours before midnight when it released, I was so pumped
fingers crossed it happens again, hook a brother up microsoft!

Yup I’ve also tried a hard reset / sign-out. Nothing seems to work.
I’m now trying a clean install using my housemates Xbox One. I’ll probably be asleep by time the 54GB has downloaded.

In the UK the retailer Game are doing midnight openings for selected stores. Your best bet would be to buy it digitally through the Xbox store. It seems as though only those who redeemed codes for the pre-order edition are having issues at present.
I’m in the same boat. Kind of annoying to see all my friends play their digital copy, yet I’m here having to wait for whatever time it will unlock.
