I never lose connection to Xbox Live, but for some reason Halo 4 seems to give me this message a lot, even though I’m wired through Ethernet with a very strong connection 24/7
Anyone else get this issue…not with Xbox Live…just Halo 4…
This just happened to me also and its very annoying.
Im just going to guess that they are messing with the servers and stuff
for the new maps and the playlists.
actually im having trouble with the same issue, and i can not play war games, only spartan Ops.
Someone knows how to fix this?
Dashboarding and restarting the game seems to fix it but only for a few minutes before it happens again.
I’ve been getting it too, but when i’m going back to the dashboard, i’m obviously still connected to Live, seems to be a H4 issue!!!
Yeah, this most likely has something to do with the Crimson Map Pack coming out this morning. The servers will probably be back up by at least 4 AM CST.
Yeah, just dashboard and restart Halo 4 and it’ll fix it. It occasionally does it do me.
They are probably updating the servers to introduce the new maps of the crimson map pack into the rotation as it is released today… and possibly other updates to fix this broken halo game lol

It would have been nice to see a Message on the Halo 4 Playlist for those who restart the game that Halo 4 is under-going maintenance.

As long as you didn’t lose your connection during the match, your double xp should be fine. (However I was playing when the 12.06 update came and people were just kicked out of games without warning while that update rolled out…)
Same issue here (Spain), i just wanted to play a little bit before maps would be released and… facepalm -_- It seems you are disconected from xbox live.

Its been over a month since launch and this has been happening to me since day one.
Halo 4 and only Halo 4 causes me to lose my connection to xbox live.
I think it’s about time I jump off this halo bandwagon, its been a fun ride, but this new driver sucks, my butt hurts from all the potholes we keep hitting…
now i got the same problem wtf is this te game is alredy out like a half year wy is this happening to me now had problems enough at launch of the game please dont begin all over wit the problems i just lost like 30000xp for the montly challeng with this crap now i cant play a single game whidout lag whats happening please explain
