False. The DMR won’t miss at all if the user is good enough simply because of how accurate it is with zero bloom.
You see, only CE and 2 had a “Golden Triangle”… Halo 3 and Reach were both in fact squares - and Halo 4 looks to be a “Golden Pentagon”: Guns, Melee, Grenades, Armour Abilites, Perks.

It may be a pentagon, but guns, grenades, and melee are still there and virtually unchanged.

Okay then. Put it to the bare basics.
Go on Reach and walk right up to an idle player. Now spam the trigger on his head with the DMR.
Now do the same on Halo 3 with the BR.
The difference in kill time will be very very slight if any at all.
There you have a bare basic comparison with no variable thrown in.
And I assure you that it’s possible not to miss. They call it the Four-Shot for a reason. It only takes 4 trigger pulls.
Yeah, perks, create a class, auto turrets, shotgun off spawn, killstreak rewards are all really Halo. /rage.

You just contradicted your point. All console FPS games are based on the “golden triangle”. What makes Battlefield, Battlefield is it’s big maps, destructibility, and realism as compared to other military shooters. What made Halo, Halo was the balance and skillful nature of the gameplay, as well as the fact that it is literally the only big-name, arena FPS on console. After the release of Halo 4, it becomes just another generic, class based shooter. Nexuiz will be the only remaining Arena FPS on console and it is an indie game that 99% of the gaming community has no knowledge of.

There are no killstreak rewards and weapon spawns have yet to be explained as well.

Guns aren’t the same as they were in CE, now 60% of them are useless. Grenades do not have a fuse time in Reach and melee now functions so that in CQC it’s a fighting game. A triangle is not a pentagon, and while it’s possible to draw a tringle within a pentagon this does not apply here, unless you are playing MLG.

If you believe the Golden Triangle is the ONLY thing that makes a Halo game then you are wrong. It may have begun that way, but it has since gained it’s own identity that is much more complex than that.
We don’t care what Halo is trying to be, we care about what it is.
