I think peoplewho are getting assassinated should have a shield surrounding them that way a teamate doesnt steal the kill mid animation.

What if an enemy is charging the person performing the assassinating, and you need to shoot the prey to keep your teammate alive? Or your teammates are assassinating in SWAT, which shouldn’t happen?

Actually those things happen quite a bit, you can always go for a back smack if you just want the kill.
