Someone please help me! I need methods to fix rrod without me taking screws and case out. I tried youtube but the methods are like 2007. Help please im begging bros :frowning:

listen kind sir, 5 years ago i was a 16 year old boy with no money who got 200 dollars from his hater family who doesn’t support his gaming to buy an xbox. this afforded me the 200 dollar arcade version. I took my friends old broken hardrive to use and have had problems with every download I ever had. My xbox fails to load games and i have to open and close the tray anywhere from 10-30 times before they work. I babysat a waitresses son. who works at my familys restaurant and when I sat down to play a round after reach my controller was sticky as -Yoink- and the 250 dollars she gave me for babysitting him for 5 days. yes five days. only 50 dollars a day (cause im nice) seemed like a good investment for a new damn xbox.

my lovely girlfriend has agreed to pay for half, seeing in how shes a nurse and im still a broke -Yoink- student graduating chemistry. This is a damn legit reason for a console !!

The RROD is cause by power failure.

In older models, the welding would be melted by the heat of the console, mainly due to the close placement of the power source internally.

If I were in your position I’d be picking up a new Xbox whilst picking up Halo 4.

check your connection in the back and make sure its properly connected to the television because that too, gives the red ring of heart attack

How can something this sad also be so damn funny? Must be the timing. Anyway, I would consider buying a second hand quickly if I were you. Because of the upcoming next gen consoles I don’t think it will be worth it to buy a brand new one.
