So I’ve been trying to reach you guys for days and a simple response would be so great
I understand you guys get a lot of post and a lot of useless trash talk but I need to know

I’m getting disconnected and it’s none stop and I’m out of ideas trying to fix this
CAN you guys actually step up and tell me if that problem
Is
1- my connection services
2- Halo servers or related issue

Because if it’s me I need to call that Internet provider and smack that -Yoink- with some baby powder because they are ripping me off! Thanks for the concern 343

Read the “Same Household disconnects” thread or the very large “Losing connection to the Game” thread. The fix for the issue is still pending but it is being addressed.
A personal fix was reinstalling Halo 5 without any of the Downloadable Promo or Pre order content.
