I got a new pc 2 weeks ago. i have been playing warzone, pubg, and fortnite over wifi with absolutely no issues.
my friends got me to download the MCC, and i did.
within 48 hours, i have been kicked out of 7 lobbies in matchmaking (and they continue to play the game) followed by a 15-20 minute ban. this is insane. i researched all day how to fix the issues, including all the command prompts to figure out the teredo issues, then i was on the phone with my internet provider for 2 hours. after it is all said and done, i got my NAT open and server connectivity connected.
then boom…first game in, I got kicked out and banned.
the sad thing is that this seems to be normal.
i have spent so much money to buy a game that has wasted my time. can someone please advise my next steps?
this is overwhelmingly concerning for infinite.

The two options right now are to either get a refund for your purchase or hold out in the hopes that 343i fixes what they broke. No one knows if/when the latter may happen, but seasons 7-10 are still in the works. If you go with the latter, you’ll at least get to enjoy modes like campaign and Firefight which still work fairly well.

I basically never disconnect, my NAT type is strict, and doesn’t qualify for Teredo… but my console and PCs all have wired connections.
Is there any way you could run it wired? Just a few games to see if it’s notably better about disconnects?

There are many issues/bugs that exist from the beginning until today. I wouldn’t wait for any fixes at all to be honest.
Wish I knew more about PCs but my stab in the dark suggestion is turn off the skins if you are using them. Also have you tried playing solo games vs in parties? If you can play solo without getting kicked the odds are it is an issue with them game and parties. But if you are getting kicked from both it still could be something on your end… perhaps didn’t install correctly. MCC can be a wonky game.
