So far I have been enjoying the game. I can tell a lot of effort has been put into the entire product.
Yesterday’s update however has seriously put a damper on my campaign play through. If I die and the game tries to reload, it crashes. This also happens to my family on other accounts on my XBox. I have no trouble with multiplayer at all.
Is there a known issue and/or resolution?
Yeah it’s a known bug. (To us at least, i dunno about 343i)
I hope they fix it soon.

What effort are you talking about. My connection and profile has been messed up since the update. And then 343’s idea of “fixing” SWAT just made it worse.
