Tell that to them. They seem to not comprehend the fact that you’re going to have to abide by Halo 4’s rules. If you don’t, oh boy will they have a raging time with Halo 4. People are going to have to cope with it one way or another, or simply come back to the forums to yell at 343 some more lol…

Which is contrary to what you stated in your OP. Fans haven’t made games either, so why are you making a big deal out of it?
I’m not even going to create a 5000 word reply to this. I’m simply going to say that even in H4, the pros of Reach will be able to beat just about everyone who has “Adapted”. Adapting isn’t the issue. The issue is taking Halo and turning it into something it’s not.

None of you seem to comprehend the fact that we have and always will “adapt” better than you ever could. But why should be be forced to adapt to terrible gameplay? Why should we be forced to exploit crap like sprint and jetpack?
What is so bad about getting another Halo game? Why must we play yet another terrible generic shooter? Because YOU can’t adapt to Halo as well as we can? Why must YOU have the rules changed FOR YOU because YOU don’t like us being better than YOU?

LOL!
Your highest K/D is in BTB…
And Throttles Team Slayer K/D is higher than anything you’ve got.

So you’ve played Halo 4? What’s the campaign like?
[/quote]
I don’t need to play halo 4 to know that AAs are ALWAYS bad, because no matter what there will ALWAYS be one that is OP, and AAs shouldn’t be in halo in general. I never jumped off a bridge but I’ve seen people do it and I know it is bad.

Regardless, this thread is about Halo 4, not my stats. If you feel the need to obsess over them, do it elsewhere because I really don’t care about what you think.
> I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone from 343 play Halo 4 apart from the 30 seconds we saw of the game.
Didn’t you know? 30 seconds of blurry gameplay and some vague details are enough to condemn a whole game and its developers!
right. all the mlg pros should get together and make a game.
And why should it be a requirement that they be absolutely amazing at competitive play? It doesn’t take an Inheritor to realize how Halo multiplayer works. They won’t mess it up.
And besides, you don’t even state what it is you are upset about.
They are removing bloom and armor lock, making the game fair again for all you “good” players.
What is there to complain about? Yeah the game will change, but that doesn’t make it worse, that makes it different. If you want Halo 3, play Halo 3.

While I wouldn’t say that he is the most disagreeable person to be around, I would say that he wasn’t worth my time because the way he acts implies that he spends too much time playing, and will most likely develop a vitamin D deficiency for doing so. Throttle, that doesn’t make you an expert, that just makes you…well…, I’m not gonna cross the line into flaming you, but you know what I’m gonna say.
Half of that was just you flaming me lol, just go make another thread about how much you hate me.
I just really want all the people who say Halo 4 will be bad to break off from the community and make their version of Halo 4 and see what happens.
When people say Halo 4 will be bad just because they assume and speculate it hurts me. I have played EVERY Halo, it has been my life, but do you see me complaining…NOPE. Even if I didn’t like the changes (Spartan IV’s helmet) you don’t see me flaming the noodles out of 343 for it cause I know I cant change a THING. What if some of their ideas aren’t good well SO BE IT. I hated some features of Halo 1, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo Reach, but I accept it cause they didn’t say “oh wait this is bad lets change it cause no one will like it,” they made THEIR game, they had the license for it, you have NO right to go in and try to make them change a thing.

I don’t hate you, I was simply conveying how I could dismiss your post so quickly. If you would like me to flame you, I can. I can do it elegantly, I can do it as if I was sledgehammering a broom into an orifice, I can do it one handed, I can do it sounding just like you, I can do it sounding like the elitest stat whores who have defended you based on KD ( I lol’d so hard), I can even do it based off of my own personal deep seeded feelings about players like you.
But I won’t, let’s have a logical, mature conversation per the waypoint forum rules.

Before the good players did not have to help make the Halo games the game devs were doing fine. Now we went down a wrong path and need some help out of it.
Something tells me that 343i knows a lot more about how to design a game than a majority of the people here.
And you honestly don’t have much to base your conclusion off off. We have a little gameplay with sprint, pics, and some words. Developers have talked, and already said they wanted to redesign Halo’s multiplayer. They are working to balance it and test the game. Like Armor Abilities each apparently have a counter.
Besides, this is a new game, new trilogy, new developer. Things will logically be different, especially if Halo is to keep pace with today’s gaming market.

Agree’d, though your approach was a little off target at first.

This is why we have custom games and classic playlists Troll face
Seriously though, we honestly have no choice but to “deal with it” - (knows you hate that phrase). Also, they you thinking that sprint and jetpack is crap is the same opinion as them them thinking it’s not. The game is based off their opinions and facts…heck, all games are. So everyone buying any game has to face the changes/additions, good or bad… Everyone goes through it…
> It’s crazy but it’s really not the worst idea out there.
You’re right, it’s crazy. You’re wrong, it’s the worst idea out there.
I’m not fantastic at the game, so does that mean I don’t fit into your high and mighty quota when giving opinions on something I like?
News flash bro, whether you’re good at the game or just plain bad makes no difference. You’re a gamer, a player, a consumer. You do not get to pick and choose what is going to be in the game and what isn’t.
343 is doing a good job, a damn good job if you ask me. Do I agree with everything they’re doing? Hell no I don’t. But I know a skewered view when I see one and right now, your post reeks of wrong.

OR: Instead of revolving around the game around the over glorified “Pros” we could simply make a game for everyone. That means a great forge for the map makers, Spartan Ops for firefighters, an epic campaign for campiagners… Rather than making all that competitive limiting gametypes and customization, create playlists for the “Pros” to play in. Then, the rest of us can enjoy the changes and you can enjoy your playlists. That way everyone wins. And if you get bored of the playlists you get, you can try to adapt to the new ones.
The game doesnt revolve around you. We are all halo players and we all deserve a way to play. We all have our different veiws on what halo is, so why limit everyone to your view? Is that fair? What if you were limited to the casuals game.
Guys, just let 343i do what they are doing. Wait until more info is released before you say its unbalanced and uncompetitive. Seriously, what perks are there? How are they going to effect gameplay? How do you know what any of these changes are going to do? You dont, you have no idea how they will affect gameplay. Just wait for now, until we have more info.
