Has the yellow pinging on your mini map always happened when you press up on the d-pad or was that added in Anvil’s Legacy?
I believe it was added a while back and it was intended to work that way, but that function never actually worked correctly until now. That’s what I’ve heard, at least.

so ive been using it since it was first released (either in ghosts of meridian or memories of reach)…so how exactly does it alert ur teammates?

A yellow indicator will flash above your teammate’s head and now the minimap will flash yellow.
