SO as most people know, it’s been confirmed that the 2 helmets people have been going nuts over will be included in the LE after all.

JUST TO GET THIS OUT OF THE WAY, I HAVEN’T PRE-ORDERED HALO YET AND I DON’T PLAN TO. So please don’t label me as an angry person who canceled my LE copy because I’m not. Pre-ordering is stupid anyways. Back to my point.

So now I see a lot of people saying things like:

  • you should have had faith in 343
  • it’s your fault for cancelling and not trusting 343/MS
  • and similar things to that

All I have to say is: cut the BS. You know good and well that most of you who have been holding on to your LE copy have been on the fence the WHOLE time and have constantly been deciding to downgrade. People have been conjuring up their “Custom LEs” and what not just to justify their switch to the regular. Now that it’s been confirmed that LE owners get the 2 bonus items, those who still have LE’s are all highy and might acting as if they never had doubts. Bull. A lot of you are just lucky that this was announced because I guarantee that more people would’ve been cancelling thir LE copies.

The people on these forums change there opinions every day dude. It really pisses me off.
But yeah, the whole helmet thing is making me mad too.

Honestly, who cares. I mean, you’re not even pre-ordering in the first place so it doesn’t even apply to you.

Truth is, both sides were throwing heat at each other. On side was hating on the LE and the other side was trying to defend it. Things got rough, 343 fixed LE, and those defending the LE came out on top. That’s life.

The LE controversy is over. It may have been managed kind of ugly, but it’s over.
