Mindless bashing, insulting and general havoc isn’t feedback. Most of those “feedbackers” were doing just so.

Yes, there’s most likely going to be sequels, as a budget is most likely allready set by Microsoft for atleast Halo 5 and 6. Then there may be more for additional Spin off games like Spartan Assault.
What the future looks like, don’t know. Depends on what Halo 5 looks like, gameplay wise. Are they going to follow the shooter trend, or set it? So far they’ve followed.

I don’t know if i343 is “blowing off” competitive leagues. MLG didn’t get a contract and to my knowledge had problems getting a good enough balanced playlist for Halo 4 as well as participators in their tournament. AGL had their own problems of not giving out prices and so on, or so I’ve heard so their latest tournament got canceled because of their own faults.
Banning for quitting is not good no, but it’s atleast something.
Also, one can voice their opinions on these forums without getting banned. All you need to do is keep a polite tone, not insult anyone and stay within realms of reason.
I’ve seen plenty of well structured, non-insulting opinions about why they don’t like Halo 4, and none of them banned. On the other hand, I’ve seen more “opinion” that trash talk i343, bash Halo 4 without any reasoning, stat flaming, insulting other forum goers and generally being problematic, which have been banned.
One can certainly voice an opinion without being rude without punishment.
