The closed beta was just for show… The release is the real beta. They just got you to pay for the game while really being a tester.
Good news, I’m pretty sure all the good stuff is coming in an update/ the real Halo 4
Good stuff like that ranking system they are running/testing in the background. All those custome game options that are missing. I’m pretty sure 343 is even going to fix those wall glitches on impact, haven and complex. (Secret rooms have been found were you can walk inside the walls on these three maps, maybe even more maps.)
I’m pretty sure 343 is on it. Just calm the rage and remember… When the real Halo 4 comes out as this “update” every one will be happy/less ragey about DMR vs BR, wall glitches, custom options, ranks, playlists or whatever. Just give 343 some time. Till then, back to Reach and H3 for me. Holding out hope things improve by Christmas.

im not going to say quiet as much as wasted my money cos i have had a good time on it so far but forge and custom games wise we have definatly been cheated, we need a SERIOUS update and i mean even if it takes like 2GB cos its a P*** take tbh, not happy at all with it, multiplayer and campaign wise im fairly happy, spartan ops i like the first episode but second i was annoyed cos they just recycled the old episodes and did them reverse hopefully the third episode will be NEW and fresh
Still though. A company is supposed to release the full game at launch. Gaming companies have become to reliant on post-release patches and it’s hurting the industry as a whole.

they rely on post launch patches. and people complain more because patches are possible. its all because patches are even possible these days.

I love the look of Halo 4. It’s beautiful. But looks alone means I’m not leaving Reach or Halo 3
I only want some basic things out of Halo 4.
More custom options than Reach. Better Rankings than Reach’s Arena. (Better rankings alone will fix complaints about unbalanced weapons, if you are matched against equally skilled enemies… Such problems are not as evident)

Totally agree. Forge maps are minuscule and the custom games options are comparable to that of Halo 2

I agree with DiDact…the MP is as addictive and as fun with friends as HALO2, technically HALO 4 is a next generation game right now on our so called ancient 360. The story is more grown up and mature then it ever has been, its movie level rather then “Team America” level of story.

Or at least have a public beta. Never trusting this “private beta” talk anymore. In a public beta consumers could see what they are getting. All this hiding and hyping just rubs me wrong.
