Toward the end of the last matchmaking window, I’ve had 2 games in a row where I finished the game (it was pvp) and before it could load into the postgame screen, it got stuck at a black screen then shutdown my xbox! Dare not play the game since.
Anyone else encountered this?
Does your Xbox have good ventilation?
Yes, that’s not an issue
Submit a ticket if you’re having technical problems on xbox, but I think this is just a tech preview problem.
I had this happen too. The match was over and all of a sudden black screen but the controller was on and connected. I went to the console but the light indicator for on/off was not lit so apparently it was a soft shutdown or something.
