XQZT details:
Equisite is a clan whose sole purpose is that of teamwork. When playing games, we will use tactical procedures to win them. This will usually include us sticking together, unless told to disperse otherwise.
There will be weekly clan battles if I can find another group that is willing to battle us, which may or may not take place on forge maps created by our team members. I will review these maps, and if they are creative and balanced, I will allow them to be used.
Monthly tournaments (within the clan) as well, but these will only be possible with at least 8 players in the clan.
More than anything, I would like every member to have fun and enjoy playing with their teammates, as well as respecting opposition and even congratulating them on their performance, win or lose. (Although this will not be required.) This clan can set the stage for a new sort of clan; one that prides itself in sportsmanship and teamwork.
As your leader:

I will accept any player, then personally evaluate their experience and key skills they express through gameplay, and give them certain responsibilities or positions for future games. Each player’s best skills will accumulate upon each other to form a strong tactical base for our team. In addition I can give you friendly and constructive advice on how to improve skills you may lack, or ones you wish to improve on.
Personally, I would like to be a friend to you, and less of a “boss-like” figure. However, I do request the respect of my authority in return.
I have a lot of experience as being a team leader, as I have lead several clans in games like Warhawk, Call of Duty, and previous Halo installments. I have also been an athlete in a variety of sports (basketball, football, and hockey to name the big ones) that solidify my thirst for teamwork.

One key thing I require is communication, as I will often be giving direct orders to individual players, and the team as a whole. This means that you will need to be a good listener as well as a responsive player, and also being a great teammate.

Lastly, I’m not trying to make this clan huge. I want to have a personal relationship with each member, as well as each player being friends with the next. If these big clans that have their own forums and websites don’t appeal to you, this clan is where you want to be. You won’t get lost in the cliques or ignored by the leaders.
