i am unable to use internet right now so i am trying to rank up offline but i stopped earning experience points 2 days ago at SR7 and have yet to earn any more although other profiles on my system still earn xp and spartan points just fine. any explanations would help please.
i also having the same problem.i dont’t xbox gold so can’t play spartan ops or MM games.i reached sr-7 a couple of days ago but when ever i play a custom game i dont get an SP points. will i not get any even if i complete a challenge? if not it doesn’t very fair on offline fans

I may be wrong but I think there is an XP limit before you connect to live to stop cheaters hacking the XP offline.
