Why do I keep getting XP locked? It’s ridiculous! There’s no counter, or timer either, so I simply have to “guess” when I can play again.
Also, I need a specialization code…they did not send me one.

Stop playing. Now. You’re angry that you aren’t getting ranks that don’t even represent skill. Be grateful you even have the game. Better yet, be grateful you’re not some poor african child born with diseases stuck having to drink water and eat food from cow dung and wee.
No one is stopping you from playing the game, exp means nothing.
if you play it this much then you’ll be 130 in no time and complain even more because YOU burnt threw the game but you will blame 343i for not giving the game play ability.
I was under the impression that the XP cap resets at midnight PST, am I mistaken?
