Given how recently we got those XP boosts I wouldn’t hold my breath for them to return so soon.
Best advice would be grinding mythic firefight hard, and
if you’ve unlocked all permanent unlocks from the silver and gold packs buying the platinum pack rewards three legendary XP boosts.
That would be nice if they came back
