I believe my XP boosts are doing nothing. I started to notice that the XP rewards were smaller than i thought they should be with a double booster equipped. I thought to myself maybe thats what they are after being doubled? so i waited for my XP booster to run out and the XP rewards stayed the same even while completing challenges with boosts on. Not sure if i’m missing something or i just got a lucky bug but right now i’m under the impression that the boosts aren’t giving me anything? Thoughts?

I noticed yesterday that my xp boost was not working properly. I was not awarded double XP on the daily or weekly challenges that I was completing. I activated an XP Boost knowing that within the next 1-4 matches I would complete at least 4 of my Weekly challenges. After each match, I only received 50xp from the daily repeated (complete a match) and regular 1x XP from each of the weekly quests that I completed. My friend was experiencing something similar. He had completed all his weekly and the ultimate challenge and was left with only the daily repeated challenge of 50xp for completing a match. After each match he was only being awarded 50xp total even with his XP Boost active. Help 343! I’m sure that the glitches and issues that pop up are a lot to manage and most can’t be fixed same day or overnight with the click of a button which is reasonable. Obviously, addressing and correcting all of the problems that we the players/fans/customers encounter is a big undertaking but we are counting on you to deliver. I understand this XP Boost issue may not be able to be patched immediately but at least address the issue and make it known. This was you’ll have a lot less upset fans and players who’ve wasted precious xp boosts and now looking for you too make it right and replace them.

I would open a ticket with support and request a replacement boost.
These cost people $$ in the store so if they’re not working it’s really bad
Yup same here, XP boost wasn’t working, Halo is so broken right now, hard to fathom they even delayed the launch to work on it and they’ve launched something that’s literally not even a half a game, so much content missing and so many bugs.

This currently would most likely be because you’ve completed the battle passes and event challenges which then mean you have no actual xp to gain. I noticed this the other day when playing when I completed this most recent challenge slew.
Another great example of why Infinite should’ve launched with an overall progression system.
