So I am playing Halo 4, and for some unknown reason, it says;this account has been temporary banned from gaining xp. So, any ideas on how to fix it, it gives the following we link: http://www.halo4.com/ban
Can someone please tell me why this is happening
XP bans usually occur when a player is found to be trying to boost their rank by unfairly earning large amounts of XP; such as playing with four controllers signed in on one console playing War Games or Spartan Ops.

Good afternoon.
You recieved an XP Ban on Halo 4 for several reasons. From looking at your game history, on 05/02/2015, you quit 4 games and had a handful of games outside of your DNF games in both grifball and flood where you have 0 kills. Having 0 kills is determined as AFKing/AFCing (Away from Controller) by the Automated Banhammer, so the system thought you were boosting, and swung the XP Banhammer.
