xp adding up

Have a friend after every game the xp he gets in a game is not going to his SR, any one know whats up with this???

Either he is:

  • Level 130 so no more XP is added on.

  • Banned from earning XP due to boosting etc.

  • Has not chosen his next Specialization and is now not earning XP due to finishing the last one.

  • XP capped because 343 have rocks in their head and don’t want us to rank up. (Will reset later today).

  • Has found another glitch 343 is unaware of.

How so my friend. I have listed the possible problems. Ask him if any of these are effecting him. If not, then he has no hope of getting it fixed.
