Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, but based on this story:

It appears I could start playing Microsoft’s xCloud service with an Android phone. If that’s the case, is it possible I can play local multiplayer, with one of us using the phone and the other using the TV? Would that work? Has anybody tried it?
Just looking to play the Halo 5 campaign with my son. I’ll take any way I can get.
And I assume we can’t access xCloud from a PC, right?
Hey OP. With xCloud, yes, your son would be able to play on the Xbox and you could jump in playing on your phone or tablet. Just need to make sure your WiFi or mobile data is decent enough to handle streaming the game, otherwise it should fine.
For the moment xCloud will only be on Android phones and Tablets, hasn’t been any mention of streaming to a PC. I’d love for this to happen - would mean I could stream to my Surface while my wife plays on the TV or vice-versa
Thanks for the intel. It looks like they at least tested bringing xCloud to PC, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll deploy it. I’d love it if they did.

Oh nice, I’ll be looking into how I can get into the preview. Thanks!
