I was excluded from the Halo multiplayer because I left too many games but those games were played on xcloud android, the application crashes and makes me leave the games.
it was not my fault !

There’s no way to tell the reason for you leaving a match, so the penalties have to be applied no matter what. They can’t tell if your game crashed or if you intentionally closed the game to leave the match. My suggestion would be to simply not play the game via xcloud if you know that it crashes frequently.
I understand what you’re saying, it was just a test of xcloud I didn’t know that it crashes.
I tried it on different device and different settings but it crashes.
this is still the first time I quit games in Halo and I’ve never been strick before.
