xboxlive said to contact you. Code # 80070020

xbox live said to contact you. I have a code number that popped up from error message 80070020.
My gamertag is DBDSwelerSphinx I am 59 years old. I have a family pack but I pay for the family pack but I am listed as child on the account. Trying to give you all details.

When I called xbox live a week or so ago, they said that was a connectivity issue, but when I talked with connectivity they said no, thats error code 80070020 is either a billing issue or a halo 4 has me blocked. Xbox live verified my account is good, no problems and I have gold membership till september next year I believe.

So, am i blocked from playing halo 4 and their not seeing my gold membership since I am under a family pack.

Further details are this: Not sure what the problem is but when I go into halo 4: any game, forge, campaign, spartan ops, war games sits there at uploading 0 %. Wont let me play.

I got limited edition preordered from gamestop and started playing november 6th at 1 pm. I was locked out for about a day and half when I ranked up to SR70. I got by this using double xp from dewxp. I activated the specialized code when I got to SR80. Game locked up again at SR82. I used some more double xp, xboxlive couldnt get me past this problem, but when i used double xp, opened game up again till I got to SR85. Game locked up again at 0 % Uploading.

I tried some more double xp, but wouldnt recognize the double xp, so I am locked out again.

So, what is the problem, and how do i fix it, who do i contact?

That’s awful. I’d try contacting 343i directly rather than on the forums, since nobody reads these posts.
