I have been in discussions with xbox live support. I have an account on AkinSoup907 that offline I built up to rank of Hero. This took me like 8 months or so to get this ramking. I did not use computer (dont know how and was told halo frowns on that) stuff, but got the ranking of Hero playing and playing and playing. I hardly have achievements or awards, but did have hero ranking. An agent got the Hero to show up online, but only when I go to upgrade armor does the Hero items and ranking show up. When I play online recruit shows up. Can I fix this so every time i go online doesnt say credits you have exceed limit, so i can keep all my armor. I have built another account SwellerSphinx65 to rank of Lt Colonel Grade 3 and half way on that.
Took me like 3 months to build that one up from scratch. So, can someone help me in regards to 343 industries so I can keep the hero ranking to show up online, an agent told me to contact halowaypoint that she did talk to 343 industries and explained the situation. I signed up for family pack of gold membership. So can someone help me on this? I have an reference number from xbox live if you need it. Thanks joe
