Xbox Support

Oh, man, those guys must be swamped! I scheduled a call about the specialization code and the address it was sent to over half a hour ago (with an estimated wait of 22 minutes) and still nothing. I’m not too worried, though. I can always call tomorrow.

Anyone else having luck/trouble?
