This is for admins only please no comments unless your an admin. xbox support told me to post here about someone illegaly editing my stats:
I just dine talking to support and they told me to post everything that i had told him.
Ok so recently i played halo 4 thursday last week with friends on campaign well i go on today and for some reason i have the pre-order armour and i didnt even pre order so im wondering what happened so then my xbox turned off and so i turned it back on and went back to halo and thursday i had 10% of commendations and now i had 99% and i hadnt even played and earned these. so i contact sup;port and tell them about this and they asked me if i knew who could of done this so i told him that a kid has been messaging me on gmail about trying to get me banned and how he had already made my friend get banned by editing his account or something. so i tell them about this and how i cant see the email that sent this and how the messages would disappear, probably since the guy deleted them by accessing my email. but i also told support about a guy i use to do coding and scripting for, and after i left him he had apparently came into my xbox party one day and told me he was going to DoS or something which support told me if flooding my ip address. so i kicked the guy and put on invite only but somehow he got back and next thing you know i was disconnec t from xbox live and for the next few weeks this would happen, until my modem stopped connecting to dsl and we had to call and have it replaced and in which we learned someone had been accesing our system from north towunda or something in new york. but i told support i wasnt sure if tthe guy sending me messages about getting me banned was the same guy. but the first guy who had DoS me had also threatened to burn my house down and do something to me and contact the fbi and have me aressted. then he threatened me again if i told anyone. so now im jumbled up in this mess with 1 known person and one unknown, and then theiir was an illegal accsess to my computer by someone using a vpn who had went to a bunch of diffrent things. so now im stuck here with my account having commendations and armour on halo 4 but i didnt even play halo 4 to get them, so then one of the support agents told me to recover my account and that didnt work, but the funny thing is i was never once told that someone had logged into my account and one agent said they havent had any activity from a foreign xbox. so they told me to post this same message on here and on halo waypoint and i could have my stuff fixed,secured,solved, and set back to normal. but the first guy who had DoS me had also told me what my ip is, and where i lived once and he said he was gonna DoS me and hack my friend so now im stuck with a guy trying to get me banned by editing my halo 4 stats and one guy who had DoS me and hacked my friends account so now i had to get a new modem and my friend got messages saying someone was on his account but now my account is stuck with unlegitatamate stats i didnt earn. but support told me its probably the same person but who ever did it has somehow got access to my account without it showing up. but support told me to post everything we talked about on the phone on here and way point and he said he left a not one my account for adminstrators and he said they could help me get everything back to normal along with my account being secured without me being banned for something i didnt do.
Please help me adminstrators ive had xbox live for three years and an xbox for 5. also i told him ive been banned once for a childish mistake i made about 3 years ago since i was stupid then. But please help me resolve this.
