Xbox support says codes still going out

I just got off the phone with Xbox support. They say that codes are still being emailed. They don’t know where the impression that everyone should have them by December 1st originated, but say everyone should definitely receive them by Tuesday at the latest. They are continuing to be sent throughout the weekend, and into the start of the week.

If you do not receive a code by Tuesday, they suggest calling again.

So if you haven’t received a code yet… evidently at least… there is hope.

Thanks for the info. My friends are still waiting for theirs, so nice to know they’re still being sent out…

I feel like a -Yoink!- for complaining about something that I’m not gonna use. Wetwork is good for me as I like to fight on foot and rack up the most kills in a game.

thanks :smiley: I spoke to support yesterday and the guy kept telling me the codes have been sent already and provided no other assistance than to try to remind me that the codes have been sent and well too bad pretty much

Two updates:

All emails have been sent.
Emails were sent to both opt-in and opt-out accounts.

We are currently working with all involved parties to try to find a solution for those of you that feel you should have received a code. As there are numerous people to work with to make this happen, I likely won’t have an update for this by end of day. I don’t know which way the cards will fall, but please check the original post in this thread to determine if you were eligible and qualify for this offer.

They said on the forum post all emails have been sent soo ive no idea what this is about

What? I thought you qualified if you played online with your account before the 20 th of November. I’ve been plying since the 10th and am a lvl 70 …so what gives? I had opt in for both options on contact, and I Checked junk and inbox,of both my acctn email and alternative one and so far, nothing.

I’ve stopped playing BC I’ve reached cap and finished the campaign. But i love this game and I would love to just play it. I already bought the map pack for 24+ extra bucks…what else do you want fom me to keep playing ur game?
