So when i signed into this website, how come it doesn’t show as my actual xbox account? it gave me a random username when i signed in and i had redeemed a code i got from a halo megablocks set and I had to sign in and it doesn’t show my actual account. Can someone help me?
If you’re not seeing the correct gamertag when you sign in, that means you’re not signing in with the email address that associated with your gamertag. If you have an Xbox you can see the gamertag associated with your account on the Xbox Dashboard.
If you redeemed the code under the wrong account then there’s not much than can be done outside of contacting Xbox Live Support.
