Are any other Xbox users facing constant crashes? It can happen in the lobby, mid game, end of game, or sometimes I’ll play 2-3 games and then it’ll crash.
These are both crashes to the dashboard and hard crashes that require a console reboot.
I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling, resetting my Xbox, etc. and nothing helps. Any advice?
I had one hard crash (Series X) yesterday after 5 or so games of BTB and already reported this to the support team.
I can support this. I have had consistent crashing for the previous 3 days. Always happens about 5 minutes into any match. This is reproducible on my XSX. After a long power down, I can make it through 1 match then will crash every time following. Spoke with MS rep for a XSX repair order, and he claimed this is happening with all EA Games, COD: Vanguard, Forza Horizon 5, and Halo Infinite. The hotfix was supposed to take place as a console update on 11/17/21, however I am still crashing as of last night (11/18/21). This is a black eye for 343 and MS as a whole. If the XSX repair doesn’t fix this issue, I’m moving to PC or PlayStation. Brand loyalty isn’t getting me anywhere.
I’ve had one crash in over 110 games. I had to hold the power button down to switch it off.
You do know this can happen on both the Playstation and PC right. If anything it will happen more.
