Xbox Points and Dr. Pepper Promotion

In my area Dr. Pepper is teaming up with Microsoft and with every Dr. Pepper cup you buy from a Convenience store you get Microsoft Points. Each cup has a code that’s worth 100 points each! Pretty awesome promotion as each of my drinks are about the same price as 100 points. It’s how I got the new Tony Hawk remake (oh so many memories!)

Anyway my buddies kept entering the codes on their Xboxs and I told them to go to Xbox.com and redeem the codes there. You can copy and paste from the Dr. Pepper site. It’s way faster, so if you guys didn’t know this, I wanted to share this with you and save you time!

Are you guys racking up points with this promotion? How many points have you saved up?

Eligible only for US Citizens

Wow thanks for this, this is pretty sweet. I’m going to go get me some Dr. Pepper!

>Dr. Pepper is disgusting.
>I’m not in America, so the promotion definitely won’t be on here.

That’s not fair, the promotion should go everywhere. Especially since you use the Xbox outside of America.

Just so you know, it doesn’t HAVE to be Dr. Pepper in the cup. I put coke or Mountain Dew in mine all the time.

Oh well, I’m too used to seeing exclusive things like this not available to me.

Well at least you have Mighty Ape, their region codes work for you right?

What’s that?

Is this US only, or is the offer available in Canada?

What do you mean by Dr pepper cup?

And what do you mean copy and past from Dr pepper website?

Is this limited to only America?

See the Dr. Pepper site for more info on the cups - http://www.drpepper.com/promotions/xbox/
Enter in the code on the side of your cup. You’ll have to make an account or sign in with Facebook. (It won’t put crap on your Facebook page). It will then give you an Xbox Live Code to enter. Either redeem the code on your Xbox 360 or Xbox.com under your account settings > Redeem Code.

It is only eligible in the US only. Sorry.

I agree with this part, the drink is nasty, hate the taste of it. Still not worth buying for me, using bing rewards is so much better.

I hate American exclusive things. Nothing cool ever happens in Canada, other than the actual multiple lovely benefits of living here… so I suppose it’s only fair that Americans get all sorts of exclusive stuff… naw, it’s not. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’m sure it’s much worse on this tiny island, Ireland, than Canada. We get no exclusives, technology related.

I don’t want exclusives, I want everybody to have an equal chance of getting cool stuff.
