So when I play HALO CE using the new visuals the Xbox One X will randomly shutdown. Only way to play this is on old visuals.
No other games cause any problems on the Xbox One X.
I had the same issue yesterday too! My entire Xbox shut off while playing. Do you also have issues with frame rate ? I notice that on the level Halo is was particularly bad when I was near water or smoke, the game would get extremely choppy!
