I think that all of the loyal Xbox fans should have a choice to sign up for the preview program if they were like 5+ year members, people that enjoy gaming and will give Microsoft or the producing company accurate and intelligent feedback on how the game should unravel past that point.

they did but it was more for day on xbox one owners. We had the option to opt in. once this hit a cap they stopped excepting and only allow users to invite friends.
