Xbox One MCC Reach Offline Bug

when playing the campaign offline for Halo Reach and you get to the mission Exodus, the map corrupts and the mission is unplayable.

Note: I have done some troubleshooting, such as Uninstalling and reinstalling the full game and DLC and it does the same thing.
