Most likely…when the game itself comes out, then gamer pics and themes would appear.

BTW, for you second post, wrong area, but go to:

  1. My Profile
  2. Modify Avatar
  3. Choose either Your Spartan, Emblem, or From List.
  4. Once you choose, you’ll notice your Avatar Change

More likely than not. Hopefully they won’t charge for them if they do eventually exist, considering I have yet to see evidence of them charging for additional Xbox One gamerpics now.
