Why doesn’t the elite controller have the Bluetooth feature of the new Xbox One S controller and why doesn’t it have a built-in rechargeable battery? I think instead of them making a $200 Gears Of War 4 themed controller, they should have improved the elite controller with Bluetooth capability and a built-in rechargeable battery. Hopefully they make the Scorpio’s controller with Bluetooth and a rechargeable battery.
Has anyone had any luck finding any third party accessories for it? All the review’s I’ve read for the rechargeable stuff for the elite control have been absolute crap. Mostly say the back replacement cover for the battery compartment is low quality and doesn’t match.

The only one compatible is the official Microsoft brand rechargeable battery pack “play and charge kit”. I bought it and it works great, just wish it was built in.

Do you have a link to the pack? All I see is the regular xbox one controller battery.

Awesome thanks! I got fed up with changing the batteries and been leaving it plugged in. But the stupid puppy likes to run head first into the cord and yank it off wherever, sending the paddles flying. #firstworldproblems
Mine does this really annoying thing if I’m crouching that it won’t register a full trigger pull so autos stutter and plasma pistols won’t charge
