This seems to be a hot topic on PC but I’ve seen some trouble with Xbox one as well. I apologize if this has been posted and solved elsewhere. The game crashes every time I get to the main title menu. Interestingly enough, when I sign in to a different profile on my console, it loads past the title menu and gets a little further but does crash at some point. I’ve put the disc into another console and it has no problems so it’s not the disc. I have also signed into another console and loaded it and the game doesn’t crash.
So that leads me to believe it’s my Xbox or the file on my Xbox that is having issues for some reason. No other game I play has issues. I deleted my saved data from the game thinking maybe it was a corrupted file or something but it still crashes when I use my main profile. I’ve done a hard reset and system restore on top of redownloading the game.
I also find it interesting that the opening music doesn’t play either. It’s as if I have no sound once I launch. Could be linked to something. The opening music plays on the other console.
Anyone have a similar problem like this?
*Update:
I redownloaded it for probably 5th time and the music came back to the loading title screen and it’s fixed. Not sure why it took this many times. Perhaps it’s because I deleted my saved info and then uninstalled/reinstalled. Either way it’s fixed for now at least.
