When I am playing halo master chief collection the game keeps crashing. Anyone know why?

I’m just playing multiplayer halo 2 campaign on the oracle

no not on the startin menu. in game

Then I don’t know. But thanks for clarifying. Well, maybe you can try to follow those steps regardless. And see if it works.
Otherwise, I do not know. Maybe your disc is broken or something. Or it is yet another problem that we don’t know the solution of, and we need 343 to fix it.
