i bought gold with the advertisement of 3 free packs for halo 5 . i have not received the codes i called xbox and they told me to ask for support here for the codes.

Oh with regards to the game codes since this a promotion on the games they are the ones who handles ingame promotion, however if the promotion was seen on our marketplace we could get the codes for you right away but since is a game developers promotion we highly suggest to reach to them right away so that you can have the game packs as soon as possible.
