Xbox One black screen of death.

Has anyone else had the update for the Xbox One today that has caused the black screen of death? I don’t use my Xbox One but plugged it in to test the MCC flight as they invited me to test it on old hardware.

Tried a few remedies and can’t seem to get it working. Don’t want them to think I’m not trying to actively participate and I hope to get it working. Hopefully this isn’t a wider issue.

Edit: Factory reset also failed.

I dont know about the Black Screen of Death, but I do know since the update all my games when I load them to play I have get the Black Screen a lot and have to go out and back in many times due to that problem I even did a hard reset on my Xbox. its something on their end on Microsoft
