So I have completed the campaign and done multiple skirmishes and did everything to unlock the achievements, but none have ever unlocked on my Xbox. Is this a bug, do I have to complete every little campaign detail or does my Xbox hate me? Someone got any ideas?

According to your Service Record you’ve only done most missions on Easy? Cheevos don’t usually pop for easy, IIRC. Might explain the campaign… as for the skirmish games: maybe the same? Maybe something else?
Well, I completed a mission on normal, but nothing appeared.

What he ^ said. The achievements for completing the missions don’t typically unlock on easy, although you can put the game on easy to get the gold medals or to collect skulls, etc.

I believe the regular mission achievements unlock on normal or higher. Mission completion is not dependent on sub-objective completion, but completing the sub objectives can help you unlock other achievements.
So far I have played on Easy and unlocked the mission completion achievements for Mission 1 and 2. Something should be unlocking for you. Have you tried Multiplayer Matchmaking, to see if First Steps will unlock?
This official Xbox post gives some troubleshooting tips for achievement issues. I’d particularly suggest a deep power cycle. Hold down the power button for several seconds until the Xbox shuts down. Disconnect the power cord for 10 minutes. If you have an original Xbox One (that is, not Xbox One S), disconnect the external power supply too. This should make sure the Xbox totally loses any residual power to its memory.

Tried that method, no achievements, but got a network error stating I lost my connection to online services. And to make it more interesting, my Xbox…can’t track achievements for the game…
What results do you get when you try the network tests in Settings? Also, is your NAT Strict, Moderate, or Open? Can you unlock achievements in other Xbox One games? This is quite strange.

Tests are fine, NAT is moderate and other achievements from other games ain’t responding either.
