Tier 100 hasn’t given me a token yet, someone want to explain why 343 refuses to give me my final unlock token?

Yeh not good, getting closer to that myself. I think I heard a while back some people had issues with unlocking tokens but haven’t seen that recently so not sure what to say. Though I guess i’ll find out soon since I might end up in the same boat since nearly on tier 98.
You may want to open a support ticket, that way 343 will have a better chance at seeing your issue and getting it resolved.

Sure, though there’s no guarantee they will have a fix, still waiting 24 days later for a reply so not sure if support will be helpful.

Same thing is happening to me too bro. Two days ago I was grinding extra hard to get the last ten tiers all to be very upset in the end. Hopefully they will give us our hard-earned rewards
