I have been losing the connection to the game quite often in the last few days while playing warzone firefight. This happens without any warning. FYI I do hold the power button down while turning off the Xbox every time that I turn off the Xbox to clear the cache. I started doing this a few months ago and it apparently stopped me from losing the connection to the game consistently for the last few months, but not anymore. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

same here. Where you you live? i think it is because as a non american, who does not live next to server, it happens more often
I’m in the US and it happens to me maybe 1 in 20 WZFF games or so. I stay connected to Xbox live so I know it’s not my connection or ISP. Not sure what you can do about it.

It happens to us in the U.S. too, and I’ve seen too many of these posts for it to be a coincidence. It’s definitely partially the servers’ fault.

Outside the US, in the UK but the issue is a world wide issue. Today has been of the worst times today since it effected most people online.

I live in Berlin, Germany. The frequency has been steadily increasing for the last two weeks. It is now up to one in 10 games. I am going to re-install the latest service pack on the xbox and see if that helps.
Check your connection. If your connection is fine, then it’s probably something with 343/xbox servers. If it’s not that, then I have no clue. I would know on checking your own connection…hence my name.
In the US here as well and happening to me as well, probably about 1 in 12 games. And I have a the best connection money can buy and it isn’t happening with any other game. But hey, at least I get banned when I log back on.
Seems to be only happening a lot since the last update.
