Xbox Live Message Specialization Code Deleted

Hey halo waypoint staff, 343, and fans,

I’ve received my code for halo 4 specialization, though by opening it, it was instead accidently deleted. I’ve contacted xbox live support since it was sent by xbox live via my message center, though they directed me to making a thread in the waypoint community for help.

Can the code be resent, recovered or sent by email? I’m a big fan and would appreciate any help.

I don’t believe anything can be done. The specs will still be released later, though.

Simple. They’re either very clumsy or they didn’t actually delete it, they just want another one for [insert reason here].

i also accidentally deleted my msg and i’m a huge halo fan and i really want my codes :frowning:

well i didn’t accidentally delete the msg but i went into the msg and looked at the code and went to go put the code in and then i forgot the code and i went back into the msg to check and the msg wasnt there in the msg box. :frowning: i deleted the msg hoping they’d send me a new one but no :frowning:
