Hey OP, do you mean the 1 month for MCC compensation? If so, you needed to have played MCC before December 18th last year to be eligible. You service record shows you only started playing recently. If it’s for something else, let me know and I’d see if I can help
Yea I started playing MCC on a new gamer tag which is RiskierChaff, because I thought I lost this one. I recently recovered this one and will be using it to play Halo 5.
Ah ok, now worries. If you check the MCC FAQ link in my signature, there is a section about what to do if you code message expires and where to post. If you post on that support forum someone will be able to replace the code for you. Use your other gamertag for posting though, as their records won’t show your current one is eligible

That’s their standard clause, same with most support companies that pass you on to someone else - they give you a reference number that’s useless outside of their systems. The only way is to post over on the XBL support forums I’m afraid, but the one linked in my post is a forums dedicated to supporting MCC and lost / expired codes. Most seem to get replies fairly quickly
