Hi everyone, I just got the mail that I am invited to the tech preview and I just wanted to make sure if Gold is required for the tech preview itself
My subscription just ran out and I didn’t renew it yet since xbox isn’t my main platform
I didn’t have Gold for the last preview, so I assume this one will be the same.
Microsoft seems to be slowly giving up the mean model of only having online with the gold subscription. I’d imagine since halo infinite is free that you wouldn’t have to pay gold for the flight or the full release.

Im pretty sure gold is becoming defunct anyhow in favour of Gamepass Ultimate anyhow? Its more of an Xbox thing not a Halo specific thing. Gamepass Ultimate is just a good deal.
