I am currently trying to play Halo Reach Matchmaking but i am getting a message that reads. “You are not connected to Xbox LIVE. You must be connected to Xbox LIVE to start a game.” I am currently connected to Xbox live since i can watch hulu and play Fortnite. So what is the problem? Are Halo Reach servers down right now i was able to play a month or two ago online and I doubt the shut down the servers because I know this game still has a good player base. Is there anything. I can do to fix this problem? I tried restarting my router and my xbox i also took the game out and put it back in I do not know what else to do please help. Thank you.

I had the same error for a couple of weeks, OP, it went away for now on its own.

oh damn u right, saw it now when you mentioned it. I’m new to the forum so haven’t totally grasped how it works, but i thought it was weird that i popped up in the halo insider forum.
