I found a solution … In fact apparently the game did a bad sync and suddenly I passed my microsoft account to a friend on discord, he connected on the mcc and played a game and did that to resynchronize the account, we resynchronized manually in fact and this time when I relaunched the game it asked me for my basic information as usual and 'left again
