My main account’s gamertag is Jeff Freecss. Recently, I have serious issues finding matches(stuck in the finding Spartan screen). I initially thought it’s because there are few players in my area. However, I tried to find matches with my other account(gamertag: twhedonist) on the same Xbox One and the game found matches within a minute almost every time.
I then thought the reason for this is that these accounts are in different rank. Jeff Freecss is Silver 1 and twhedonist is Gold 1. But I quickly found that it’s not the case because twhedonist often have match with people ranked silver 1.
I contacted Xbox Support and they think it might be the game server issue. Could 343 please take a look for me?
